These terms govern the use of the website of the real estate agency Süvari Property (the “Website”). By using the Website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Information on the Website

Property information — prices, sizes, distances, photos, floor plans and descriptions — is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. We update the catalogue regularly, but a property may be sold, withdrawn or re-priced before the Website is updated. Please confirm current terms with your manager.

Prices are shown in euros. Conversion into other currencies is calculated automatically at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey rate or a rate set by the agency and is approximate. The final price and payment currency are fixed in the contract.

Articles about buying property, taxes, residence permits and citizenship are for general information and are not legal or tax advice. Turkish legislation changes — we recommend getting individual advice before making a decision.

2. Hot Deals offers

Special offers are valid until the date shown on the property card or until the property is sold, whichever comes first. The discount is calculated from the seller’s previous price. The agency may end an offer early if the seller changes the terms.

3. Requests and communication

By submitting a form on the Website you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and agree to their processing under our Privacy Policy. We will contact you through the channels you provided to respond to your request. Submitting a request does not oblige you to enter into a contract.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, photos and videos on the Website belong to Süvari Property or are used with the permission of their owners. Copying or distributing materials without the agency’s written consent is prohibited. Quoting is allowed with an active link to the Website.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to send spam, scrape data automatically, attempt unauthorised access to the admin area, or for any action that disrupts the Website or breaches Turkish law.

6. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites and services (maps, videos, messengers). We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The agency makes every effort to keep information accurate but does not guarantee it is error-free and is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Website content without consulting a manager. The Website is provided “as is”; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the courts and enforcement offices of Alanya.
