Süvari Property is a real estate agency in Alanya. We help international buyers purchase apartments, villas and commercial property on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast — and feel confident at every step, from the first consultation to settling into a new home.

Alanya is one of Turkey’s most popular resorts among foreign buyers. Around 300 sunny days a year, a warm sea from spring until late autumn, two airports within a two-hour drive and well-developed city infrastructure make it convenient for holidays and year-round living alike. At the same time, property prices here are noticeably lower than in many Mediterranean resorts. We live and work in Alanya and know every neighbourhood from the inside — from the lively centre to the quiet villages of Kargicak and Demirtas.
