Property selection

We learn your goals, budget and preferred areas, then prepare a shortlist of verified properties — new builds, resale homes and developer offers. We compare them by price per square metre, distance to the sea, complex facilities and rental potential. Viewings and viewing trips

Legal support

We check the title deed, occupancy permit, debts and encumbrances, prepare a bilingual contract and monitor the payment schedule. We help you obtain a tax number and open a bank account, and arrange the valuation report, sworn translator and title deed registration. Residence permit and citizenship

We shortlist properties that meet the value thresholds for a residence permit or the citizenship programme, collect the documents, arrange health insurance, complete the application and accompany you to the Migration Office. The conditions are explained on the Residence permit & citizenship page.

Selling your property

If you decide to sell your apartment or villa in Alanya, we assess its market value, produce professional photos and video, list it on our website in three languages and manage the sale with the buyer.

The initial consultation and property shortlist are free. Terms of cooperation and the agency fee are agreed before work begins and set out in a contract — with no hidden payments.
