Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the Süvari Property website collects, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, to the extent it applies to visitors from the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the real estate agency Süvari Property, Alanya, Antalya Province, Turkey. Current company details, the office address and contact channels for data requests are listed on the Contacts page.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your message, the properties you ask about, your favourites list and your answers in the property-matching quiz;
• your email address when you subscribe to updates.

Data collected automatically

• the page from which a request was sent, the site language, the referring page and advertising tags (UTM);
• browser and device type;
• your IP address in an irreversibly hashed form — used only to protect forms from spam;
• cookies and browser local storage (see section 7).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and finding property — to contact you, send a shortlist, arrange viewings and support the purchase. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to and for the performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Newsletters and new listings — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Protecting the website from spam and abuse — legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and improving the website — only after your consent in the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Legal obligations — for example, keeping transaction records (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who receives the data

We never sell personal data. Access is limited to agency staff handling your request and to service providers who help us operate:

• website hosting and database (Vercel Inc. and its sub-processors);
• email delivery service (Resend) and Telegram — for internal notifications to staff about new requests;
• analytics services — Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel — only if you consent;
• during a purchase — lawyers, notaries, sworn translators, valuation companies and public authorities, to the extent necessary.

Some providers are located outside Turkey. Transfers abroad are based on the explicit consent you give when submitting a form and on contractual data protection safeguards (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Chapter V).

5. Retention

• requests and correspondence — up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for transaction documents);
• newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe;
• technical anti-spam records — no longer than 24 hours;
• analytics data — according to the settings of the respective services.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to obtain information and a copy, to request correction or erasure, to restrict processing, to object, to withdraw consent and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Data subjects in Turkey may also apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu), and EU residents to the supervisory authority in their country.

To exercise your rights, contact us through the channels on the Contacts page. We will respond free of charge within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity.

7. Cookies and local storage

• Necessary — remember your language and currency, your cookie choice and your favourites list (in browser local storage), and protect our forms. They work without consent because the website cannot function properly without them.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) — help us understand which pages are useful to visitors. Enabled only after consent.
• Marketing (Meta Pixel) — help us measure advertising performance. Enabled only after consent.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies: the banner will appear again. YouTube videos on property pages load in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play; maps load when clicked.

8. Security

The website runs exclusively over secure HTTPS, access to the admin panel is password-protected and limited to agency staff, and IP addresses are stored only in hashed form. We keep our software up to date and work only with reliable providers.

9. Children

The website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Last updated: 15 September 2026.
