What are Hot Deals?

Hot Deals are properties in Alanya whose sellers are ready to lower the price right now: an owner needs a quick sale, a developer is selling the last units in a complex, or there is a launch discount. For every offer we show the previous and new price, the size of the discount and how long the offer lasts — the timer on the card counts down the remaining time.

Why the discounts are real

We add a property to this section only after agreeing the price with the seller and checking the documents. The previous price is what the property was genuinely listed for, not an inflated “before” price. When the offer expires, the property automatically disappears from this section and its page shows the regular price again.

How not to miss out

• add the options you like to your favourites and send the whole shortlist to your manager in one message;
• ask for a video viewing — we can do it the same or the next day;
• a deposit is enough to reserve the property, and the purchase can be completed remotely with a power of attorney.
